Coaching and mentorship is the heart of our work. Young people in underserved families and communities are matched with mentors who meet them regularly, listen, and help them plan forward.
Mentoring is relational before it is academic. We build trust first, then work on goals, study habits, confidence and the decisions that shape a young person’s next few years.
Regular one-to-one and small-group sessions, led by trained volunteer mentors and local facilitators.
Goal setting that belongs to the young person: school, skills, work, and the confidence to pursue them.
A safe, confidential space to talk about the pressures that make school and work hard to sustain.
Young people in underserved families and communities who want guidance, encouragement and someone in their corner.
Mentors come from the community and from partner networks, and are supported with safeguarding training and ongoing supervision.
