How we work
We start with relationships, not programmes. Local mentors and facilitators work alongside young people over time, rather than visiting once.
We combine personal development with practical support: coaching and mentorship, capacity building, educational support, missions and community development projects.
We work through partnerships with schools, families and community leaders so that progress continues after a programme ends.
Get involved
Mentor a young person, partner with a programme, or fund the work. However you help, it reaches a young person in a community we serve.
