Practical skills and confidence that help young people move from potential to opportunity.

Capacity building gives young people the practical skills that formal education alone does not always provide: communication, teamwork, problem solving, digital confidence and the habits that sustain work.
We design sessions around what the community tells us is needed, and we use local facilitators wherever possible so learning continues between sessions.
Skills for work and further study: communication, teamwork, problem solving and digital basics.
Life skills: planning, money confidence, and decisions about health and relationships.
Facilitator training so local leaders can run sessions without us in the room.
Workshops and short courses run with schools and community partners.
Practical, participatory methods rather than lectures.
Follow-up support so skills are used, not just learned.
