Card and Mobile Money donations are processed by Paystack, a licensed payment service provider. We never see or store your full card or Mobile Money details. Amounts are charged in Ghanaian cedis (GHS).
If card payment is unavailable, you can send a donation directly by Mobile Money to 0530498452, account name Treasures in Mud Global. Please contact us afterwards with the transaction reference so we can send a receipt and thank you properly.
We send a receipt for every online donation where an email address is provided. If you need a receipt for a direct Mobile Money donation, contact us.
Monthly sponsorships can be started on the sponsorship page. To change the amount or stop a sponsorship, contact us and we will cancel the arrangement with Paystack. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle.
Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe you have donated in error, contact us within 14 days with the transaction reference. We will review the request and, where a refund is appropriate, process it through Paystack. Paystack's fees and payment timing may affect the amount returned.
Donations support capacity building, educational support, coaching and mentorship, missions, community development projects and the running costs that make that work possible, including Treasures in Mud JHS. We report on spending in our annual report.
For anything to do with a donation, use the contact page and include your transaction reference.
